Scott Fraser
Managing Director

Scott has accumulated extensive experience working with a prominent corporate estate agent across the Northwest, where he consistently excelled, achieving the status of a top-performing branch manager. In 1998, with the invaluable support of his now-retired father, he acquired an established estate agency, later rebranded as Fraser Reeves. Over the years, Scott has nurtured lasting relationships with clients and has a remarkable track record of selling many properties multiple times. Beyond his professional life, Scott cherishes quality time spent with his family, ensuring a work-life balance that fuels his passion for real estate and personal connections.

Lindsay Fraser
Director

Supporting her husband Scott, Lindsay has been part of the company from day one, providing valuable support across all aspects of the business. She has held PA and Secretarial roles in both large and small organisations during her professional area. Outside of work, she’s passionate about property and has a flair for interior design. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, going for walks, hitting the gym, hanging out with friends and being creative.

Sarah Cartlidge
Branch Manager

Sarah became a cherished member of Fraser Reeves at the end of December 2022, bringing 13 years of property sector expertise from both the Southwest and Northwest regions. She lives locally with her family and thoroughly enjoys being part of the community. At Fraser Reeves, Sarah enjoys making connections with a range of different people and giving her enthusiastic approach and attention to all properties, whether to let or for sale.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys anything craft and design based, reading with the local book group and spending time outside with her daughter.

Sue Healy
Sales Manager

Sue is a valuable member of our team, bringing with her over 25 years of experience. With a lifelong connection to Newton-le-Willows, she’s deeply rooted in the community. Sue is an active local participant, enjoying activities like walking groups, line dancing, and socialising, making her an excellent networker.

When it comes to the property business, Sue is passionate about all its aspects. She loves helping people sell their homes and find their ideal properties, with the most rewarding moment being the handover of keys on completion.

Tom Sutton
Lettings Negotiator

Tom moved from Great Sankey to Newton-le-Willows several years ago and hasn’t looked back since. He loves living locally and has really enjoyed watching the area develop over the years.

Tom began his full time working career within the cash processing industry, starting in cash processing before progressing into management. Tom has always had a keen interest in property and regularly kept an eye on the local property market, so moving into estate agency felt like a natural next step.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.

Mark Williams
Accounts Manager

Mark, our part time Accounts Manager, became a valued member of the Fraser Reeves team in October 2022. With a lifelong career in accounting at a retail company, he brings a wealth of financial expertise to our team. Marks local roots, having attended school and lived in newton le willows, provide him with excellent local knowledge. Outside of his professional duties, Mark enjoys his time walking his three dogs, watching football, and exploring foreign destinations.
