£550 inc VAT above £700 rent pcm

Plus Monthly Management – 10% plus VAT includes referencing tenants, professional inventory, and monthly rent collection, managing repairs and arranging regular property inspections.

INCLUDING RENT GUARANTEE AND LEGAL FEES INSURANCE

13% plus VAT includes: rent guarantee and legal costs, referencing tenants, professional inventory, and monthly rent collection, managing repairs, and arranging regular property inspections.

Finder’s Fee Only:
£600 including VAT
Includes referencing tenants

Commercial Property:
Equivalent of one month’s rental including VAT
